Joseph Miscimarra, Recruiter (he/him)
Hi! My name is Joseph, and I’m thrilled to join the JVC-Northwest staff as a recruiter. Born in Chicago and raised in the nearby suburbs, I was first introduced to the Jesuits at Marquette University. There, I majored in environmental studies, and developed passions for sustainability and service.
After a desire to live in an intentional community with a focus on genuine connection and simple living, I applied to JVC Northwest, and ended up in the wonderful city of Billings, Montana. I enjoyed all aspects of the experience—serving in a children’s science museum, learning about the history of the land and the people who lived there, and exploring as much of Montana as I could. I am proud to be continuing my time with the JVC Northwest family as a recruiter, and look forward to helping more young adults discern their own next steps.
In my free time, I love to play ultimate frisbee, listen to EDM, and watch my fantasy football teams/March Madness brackets inevitably let me down.
