During this season of Lent, we invite you to engage in reflection with us through our weekly Examen Series. The Ignatian Examen is a contemplative prayer which reflects on the day’s events and focuses on the Divine’s presence in all things. We will be sharing a new Examen contributed by someone from the JVC Northwest community each Sunday during Lent.
