We are seeking young adults interested in a transformational, apprenticeship-style, 30 hour/week internship that will help them to kick-start their non-profit career. Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest is offering a pair of internships for the 2025-2026 program year. Join our movement to co-create a more sustainable and equitable Northwest by supporting our organization and programs behind-the-scenes. It is preferred that interns live in one of the five states we serve – Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, or Alaska, but it is not required. Don’t live in the region, or need housing? Let’s talk! We may have a creative option.
Applications will be taken and interviews may be scheduled on a rolling basis. The positions will remain open until filled, with a flexible start date in August of 2025. Please keep in mind, we aren’t assuming that you will have relevant experience. You may be a great candidate and this is your first experience! That is ok.
Interns will receive a stipend of $1,750 per month, with a housing allowance of $700 per month ($2450 total per month) for the ten-month internship.
Communications Intern
Project Management Intern

At JVC Northwest, the stories we share play a key role in sustaining our community, recruiting new Jesuit Volunteers, and raising essential funds to support our mission. The Communications Intern will help to capture and share these stories to the broader JVC Northwest community. They will connect with volunteers, develop content, and direct a project across the course of the year. The type of project and content will be matched to the intern’s skills, gifts, and experience.

At JVC Northwest, we co-create our movement for social and ecological justice by building relationships, organizing events, and sharing our stories to support our mission. The Program Management Intern will work alongside staff to develop fundraising strategies, create materials, and design a project throughout the internship. The type of project and content will be matched to the intern’s skills, gifts, and experience

We can offer this program thanks to the generosity of the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust. Throughout the year, there will be opportunities to connect with the wider network, including a retreat in October. Vision & Call is a Murdock program that aims to provide transformational learning for young-adults in faith-based non-profits. Learn more about the program:
